Loose RCA
Are they loose at the console end ? If you wiggle them do they cut out ? Try the red only then the white only to see if it's both (not likely, I'd think) or just one of them. Just trying to see which end may be the problem. May have to disassemble the console (partly) to see if you can secure them better. Worst case, if the connectors are worn out you could splice a new cable section with connectors in (?). Never done it myself so I don't know if it's easy, simple, etc...
Do you plug and unplug them frequently (before this happened) ? My experience is cables almost never "fail" but their connections can get broken and that's from plugging and unplugging. Sometimes it's necessary, I realize, but I avoid it as much as possible.

Squeeze the ends a bit to make it a tighter fit. Once u put it on, apply some supler glue to the connection and let it dry. Itll never move again or come off until u wanna take it off. Thats the simplest solution for loose RCA cables.
