Spark plug p/n ?

Planning to replace the plugs soon and have a question about the p/n. The Field Service Manual says DENSO FXE22HR11 but multiple sites spec IXEH22TT (4712) - Amazon, Rockauto, etc

Looking at densoautoparts.com, and I've looked here before, they now list both plugs. Turns out the FX plug is "Iridium Long Life SIP" while the IX plug is just "Iridium TT". I've looked before and swear they only showed the IX plug in the past. I have the IX plugs in my Amazon 'wishlist' (I use this for various maintenance or replacement parts) as well as the p/n in my Notes app for the car.

What do others use, the TT plugs or the long-life plugs ? I certainly like the 105k mile service interval that Infiniti specs for the FX plugs.

I use the denso plugs and I think they last perfectally long. Ive never had an issue with them wearing out faster than the recommended life cycle and I have no issues with performamce.
