Partial Tach Light Dysfunction

There is a guy on eBay that apparently fixes this issue. You send in your cluster and he replaces all the lights. I haven't done it myself but I saw the recommendation somewhere either here or on myg37.

Once it gets worse than two lights, i'll consider it, but for now i'll have to live with it.

as for the headlight, ballast was the issue.
