Man that looks identical to the Dorman replacement one and all subsequent Nissan i-keys. I bet it would work but you wouldn't have the nifty Mt. Fuji on it. Other websites are saying the compatibility is 2005-2007 for the intelligent key but I have no idea if there's ACTUALLY a difference between any of them even the current ones.
