Pic Request: 19x10.5 22 / 19x10.5 22 or 19x9.5 22 / 19x10.5 22

I found this online, it's running 19x10.5 22 front and rears.
I'm stuck between those two setups, 19x10.5 22/19x10.5 22 and 19x9.5 22/19x10.5 22. Is there a big difference between the two?

To run the 10.5 +22 in the front you'll need a lot of tire stretch and camber, maybe even fenders pulled. 9.5 +22 is already aggressive up front so 10.5 is even more.
