what milage should I change out my stock radiator?

I would like to know when at what mileage should I be changing out my stock radiator? My car just hit 120k and bringing in for service next week, so I just thought it might be a good time to swap it out to save me a trip back to the shop or should I wait a bit longer?

Also, I was looking at the Koyo radiators, any other brand to consider?

my car is 2007 G35 sport sedan

I would only replace your radiator if you intend to take a lengthy road trip or somewhere it's extremely hot like Vegas! If it's not broken...etc!

I have seen them last 200k or more. One thing to consider is that the AC condenser is part of the radiator from 07+ up cars. It will be very expensive to change out.

Radiators aren't maintenance items that you replace on a schedule or after some mileage amount.

But they used to be. Back in the good ol' days when we had cast iron blocks and rust going through our radiators and heater cores...I don't miss that one bit.
