Im pretty sure this has been asked already but oh well, would after market G37 parts fit my 08 G35 Sedan?

You can do a front bumper and headlight swap from a G37 sedan to a G35 sedan, but that costs $$ and time. For the rear bumper just get a good looking diffuser.
