Mods at 186K miles worth it?
Hi I have a 08 G35xs sedan I want to start modding it, but It has higher mileage 186K. I was wondering if that type of mileage Is worth modding at? The car has no issues as of right now.

Installing uprev and tuning helps a bunch. We just tuned out my brothers 08' X with 150k and it was running really rich on the factory tune. After leaning it out quite a bit it pulls a lot harder. You can also dial it in when adding larger intake tubing and filters. One thing I can't stress enough is having new primary O2's when tuning your car. After 120k - 150k they get lazy and you won't be able to tune it correctly.
I second and third the new O2 sensors. As for mods on that engine, I would do any mods that are NOT forced induction. No turbo, no S/C, no nitrous.
If it's a car you plan on keeping forever and are fine rebuilding the motor then do whatever you want to it.
Intake/exhaust/tune makes those HR engines feel really alive.
