Made new bracket for 400hz horn!

The OEM bracket disintegrated down on driveway. Not taking pics of that......

How did the existing bracket break? Did it rust apart or something?

I hope that didn't cost much and too much time invested, as you could have fix it with a 1 dollar universal metal bracket for stereo installation.
