coolant reservoir help

Just noticed my coolant reservoir is missing the top hose, not sure if it’s important or were it leads to

Pretty sure it's just an overflow tube, the tube would normally aim coolant down below the fans in case of overflow. Probably just source one from your local pick-n-pull.
