New idling sound after cleaning throttle body

I cleaned my throttle body recently and now it’s making a sound when I accelerate at times. It kinda sounds like a quieter version of the car accelerating. Did I do something wrong or do I need to take it to a dealer?

You should perform the idle air recalibration since you have changed the amount of air flowing past the TB at idle.
