Window seal melting off

Whenever it is above 90 degrees here and I roll my window down, the rubber seal comes with it. I bought the car in march and noticed a bit of a stall when rolling the driver side windows down. I thought it was the motor going bad until the window pulled out the trim with it and wouldn’t roll up without me using force to put the seal back into place. This happens whenever I roll down the window now when its hot and humid out. I want to replace the whole piece with a new one if that is realistic and was wondering where I could find the part for it? I am gonna spray a sillicone spray between the window and trim today hoping it stops it from bringing the rubber seal down with the window.

this was from 2 weeks ago the trim is more damaged now from me using force to get it back into place

I'd clean it thoroughly with isopropyl alcohol up inside the groove where the window goes. Probably some kind of product was sprayed on the car to protect the paint and it didn't age well and got sticky, or it chemically degraded the rubber.

Isopropyl will clean it up if it's just sticky residue.
