Cooling fan, what’s next?

I’m having some overheating issues. The radiator fans didn’t work so I swapped in a new assembly with a new controller. It worked for about 30 minutes and stopped spinning the fans. They won’t work when the temp is high or when I then the AC on. I tested the PWM relay and it clicked so that works. Bought a new cooler fan relay fuse in spot 42 and changed the coolant temp sensor. What else am I missing? Thinking thermostat next. If anyone else has any ideas they would be much appreciated

Is IPDM fuse 42 still good or did it blow out? Have you replaced the cooling fan RELAY? You said earlier you replaced the fuse for the relay but what about the relay itself?

At the fan control module harness you should have 12v power on one pin, continuity to ground on the other pin. Last two pins go to the IPDM for the pulse duty cycle.

You can also put the IPDM into test mode and one of the last function checks is to run cooling fans at 50%, then 100%.
