Ive tested pretty much everything and i just don’t know what could be the issue anymore

Can bus network issue; Check plugs at ALL modules, check for ripped/cut wires under the car near the trans and transfer case. My 2021 Explorer has frequent can bus network issues where the gauge cluster goes blank and makes funny and weird noises and flashes so i have to unplug and replug few plugs under the dash to keep it going for another year or so..
