Easiest way would be to get a new connector then just plug those terminals into it in the correct order. Unfortunately I don’t know the name or the style of connector that is used on that alternator. If you could figure that out you could order one online and it would be super easy. Otherwise go to your local pick and pull parts place and cut a connector off and wire it in with Good Adhesive lined heat shrink butt connectors.
