How do i go about replacing this connector? 08 G35x
08 g35 Hr i need to replace crankshaft sensor connector i got the donor from a 2010 Fx35 the wires are the same color i would rather take the pins out and put it in new connector if i could given the space i only had one person who was experienced splice a wire for me but he is not available im in atlanta ga every mobil tech i call acts like this is some sort of rocket science

you can try and pull a bit of the large harness out by disconnecting the various other sensors around the crank one. it may be the trans connectors that are not giving you the necessary slack. poke around and check.
what's wrong with the existing connector? is it crusty because of the heat? if the colors are the same, then wire it as-is. pretty sure FSM would have the pin-out for the cps.
