itrader broken?

I tried leaving someone an itrader rating and they did the same for me today, but they didn't show up yet, usually its instant. Is the sytem no updating at this time?

never mind, ratings from repeat members doesn't show up

your comment shows up, but it doesn't up the score.

this is done to prevent people from upping their peers' scores to appear as reputable buyers/sellers.
