I added the announcement to the top of this section, I don't think I can make a global announcement for the marketplace.

That should be an improvement thanks Christian.

I do think it would be good to have a FAQ section on the site somewhere to give info pertaining to the site.

There is an FAQ there Wayne, but I don't know how to edit its contents. That maybe an admin only task.
