Can we get a health/fitness section added in the Off Topic section?

I know I'm pretty new to Driver but most of the other forums I have been a part of have lots of members interested in health and fitness. It would be another tool to engage more members.

We don't need a section for every type of OT topic out there

Sounds good to me.

Hope there is enough interest in it.

Here's what you need to do.
Start a thread I guess in the main Lounge area.
Hit a staff member and ask them to 'stickie' that thread.
Give them the url (linky) so they don't have to go hunting for it.
Sit back and watch it grow. If the interest is there then we will def make it into a sub forum. If whoever is involved and needs addtional help feel free to PM me.

BTW the homecooking sub forum got started the same way and it has taken off and we needed to make sub forums off of that forum.

Go for it peeps.

Neil, you're going to get a 10,000 page thread with 10 members doing all the posting in there

I like the idea... I just don't think its a big enough topic to have its own subforum. Exactly the same case as the subforum that a few particular members wanted some time ago.

I can only imagine how many subforums the lounge will have 3 years from now

.

And still do. It's been suggested countless times, there are tons of threads created on the topic (as many, if not more than there are on the home cooking subforum) and I'm sure even more would if it had its own forum that people could see easily.

just my .02

Hey U, I'm callin ur **** out bro j/k

If there are so many threads, PM me the linkies to them. If it is all you say it is I'll throw 'em into a sub forum for ya all. How's that.

Hope the newest one isn't like form 06

Like I have always said, if the activity is there for anything it will get done, just don't want to be throwin up dead sub forums.

Go for it
