Angry How to embed a video

Now I've searched all of yesterday and most of today to try and find a post about this but there aren't any that explain how to simply embed a video from youtube or streetfire. Any one willing to help?

if the video is on youtube just copy the embed code that is to the right of the vid.

HOWEVER, HTML code must be enabled in the forum / thread where you want to post the video in order for it to work. Check the bottom, left corner of the page - for example, HTML code is OFF on this page so you can't embed a video.

Bump what bigc said.

Exactly what I would of posted. Alot of the sub forums are set up for html where you can embed but there are others where it is not needed and the html is set to off.

Follow what bigc said and you'll be good to go.

Tnx bigc

^ O NO, any reason some forums don't have it enabled? There are quite a few vids posted up in the Politics subforum and it would be nice if we could embed rather than linking.
