well, i payed for the Tein CS coilovers and he said he sent them on the 16th of june, well i still havent received my coilovers or any kind of response. i have 30 days to file a claim with paypal which will be on july 7, so im asking if i should just go a head and file the claim or wait alittle longer to see if he response? pretty much really sucks either way.

Even if he has communicated to you with an explanation why you haven't received what you paid for, still file the claim up and until you have what you paid for in your hands and in the condition of the the product that was represented in the sale.
Even if the seller bitches and moans about filing a claim, protect yourself. You can always close the claim after you receive what you paid for.
