man i didnt know this was still going on.......sucks that it hasnt been resolved yet........because i just read another 10 pages of b.s..........i did run across this post below
makes no sense what so ever............just like OCG35 said....."put yourself in this situation"........buy says "i paid you".......seller says "i shipped them".........buyer says "here is proof that i paid".........seller says "i really dont have any proof that shows i shipped.......but i know i did".......that will not fly in the buyers eyes....yes as a seller, ahmer should keep records of tracking numbers and should have also gave simplur the tracking number same day he got it....but he didnt because he doesnt ship things usually....he does a lot of local transactions.....unfortunately thats not an excuse and he will just have to do what he can to retrieve tracking number or refund money.....
Gthirtyfizzle if you bought a 50 inch tv from a company for $2500 and they tell you it will be shipped in x amount of days and you never receive it..........i am more than positive you wont settle for this response..."Mr. Gthirtyfizzle, we did receive your $2500 and we did put the tv on the truck and the truck was drivin' out of the parking lot but we dont know what happened with your tv after that soooooo........we're not giving you your money back"

I don't feel that this thread is going anywhere anymore, for now I'm closing it until such time that a request from Simplur or Ahmar is sent to an admin to post the resolution.

As of today, Ahmer (ag351389) has made ZERO contact to Simplur regarding repayment, or any other means to solve this issue. Ahmer is an obvious scammer and is not welcome on this forum. Buyer beware people.

It’s quite clear - and very simple to ascertain this whole issue was a scam (and I believe probably not the only one).
