iPhone 3G FTW. The newer iPhone 3GS is even better for browsing. Much faster.

AT&T is another story. Other carriers of the iPhone offer MMS and tethering. AT&T still won't allow it.

Another great phone is the Palm Pre is you don't like AT&T.

I thought it was supposed to come with the new update 3.0 but it doesn't seem like that was the case. I am looking forward to that as well.

MMS/Tethering will be available in the next few months, with update 3.1 or 3.2.. You can tether via JB. I can honestly say after picking up the 3G-S I use it to browse more than my laptop now. Only thing that's slow is replying to PMs over 3G. Wish I could disable all those smilies from loading.

Arrow G35DRIVER for the iPhone?

It would be nice if there was a g35driver.com (mobile) so that this forum could be browsed easily on an iPhone. I don't know how hard this is but I'm sure a lot of members would be in favor of this.

I browse the forum on my iPhone all the time, and don't really have many issues with it. I tend to dislike most mobile versions of websites generally, since they usually lack a lot of the features of the full sites.

edited - i have the 3GS, so not sure how it looks on 3g or older phones

Website works fine on my blackberry!

any how I think in order to make a mobile site it will take some work and money to make that happen, I dont know if the owner of the site will do that or not.

works fine on my 3g. just have to zoom in and let it load. I've been able to check PM's and everything.

It would be nice, I like WeatherUnderground's mobile version of it's website. It really works fast. Even the National Weather Service has a mobile version. I surf Driver on my 3G and it works fine as long as I'm not in a Edge area which is at home.....

I actually found a GPRS only area on Saturday while driving back from Concan TX. It would barely load my email !!!

It works fine for me as well but having an app or a mobile version of the site would make checking threads faster and easier. Things like PM's and changing your profile/information wouldn't be included. It might be worth the effort IMO.
