i think 3.8 is actually out, it'd make the forums a lot smoother and such, more functions

3.7.4 was released less than a year ago.
Yeah, a 3.8 upgrade would be nice. But I don't see it happening anytime soon.

IB = Internet Brands, the owner of this site and the company that actually produces vBulletin.
I don't see any major upgrades happening to the site for a while, but as Skaterbasist said, that is ultimately a decision for IB. I do know that when v4 comes out there are plans for a major overhaul of the site.

yeah, v4 is going to have major changes, or at least thats what i heard.
