I must agree with you Tex.
I also find the site very sporadic with everything you mentioned. Very inconsistent to say the least.

This site is starting to suck HUGE BOLLOCKS in a very big way.

It took me about 10 attempts just to get to the main page.

The other day it took about as many attempt to post a new thread.

If someone comes on here and says it works perfectly fine, then they can kiss my bollocks too

Gents,

Can you please post as many details as possible? I personally haven't noticed any issues lately in this regard. The only annoying thing I've found is my ad blocking software doesn't work on this site any more.

No seriously, I really haven't noticed anything. Is this when you are logged in, not logged in? Only on the main forum page, or other particular sections, or every single section/thread? The more details you guys give, the more I can pass on to IB. I've already got them looking into an issue where if you're logged out you have to click the back button twice to get out of a thread, but I'm not sure if that's related to this.

You want the list, here it is.

I don't come here NOT logged in.

BUT, if I restart and need to log in, most of the time I get "oops, this link appears to be broken". I must try many times to get logged in.

When I click on "members", I must click ten to twenty times until it won't accept a click and starts to load, or I get "oops, this link appears to be broken"

I I click on the little arrow to go to the "latest post" in one of my threads, I get "oops, this link appears to be broken". I must click continuously until it starts to load or I get "oops, this link appears to be broken" HOWEVER, if I click on the "subject" of the thread (which takes you to the opening post), it will load. Then I can navigate to the newest posts manually.

Right now I have typed all this and the page had not finished loading yet. I will click "submit reply" and it will say "oops, this link appears to be broken". HOWEVER, most of the time, the reply WILL post, but I have to go back to my "members" page and re-load the last page of the thread to see it.

IT'S THE SAME DAMN THING IS WAS DOING LAST TIME. AND IS SUCKS!

Thanks Tex. Just curious - what browser and O/S are you using?

Regarding the error message, is that a browser issue (as in, something from IE) or is it a forum message?

As far as the broken link, can you compare the URL for the "go to last post" versus clicking on the subject?

For example, in this thread this is what I click when I "go to last post"
Code:
https://g35driver.com/forums/forum-feedback-suggestions/330056-trouble-site.html#post4968340
Subject:
Code:
https://g35driver.com/forums/forum-feedback-suggestions/330056-trouble-site.html
As you can see, the only difference is the post#______ at the end which tells it where to go on the page.

If you guys have anything else, post them up. If we don't tell them, we can't expect them to fix it.

It's from the Google tool bar.

Page not found - connection failure

Oops! This link appears to be broken.Suggestions:
•Reload this page later
•Search on Google:

Google Toolbar Help - Why am I seeing this page?

©2010 Google - Google Home
So I dissabled it and got this message:

Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

What you can try:
Diagnose Connection Problems

I have been gone a few days and I see nothing is better. I just tried a little experiment. I tried to open this site with the new Safari 4 web browser, still have the same problems. So it's not a local thing (for me) but, it's at the host site most likely.
