It's unacceptable to have posts and threads edited without consent/knowledge.

If words need to be edited, the proper way is to notify poster to make necessary changes - if posted refuses, then do what you need to do.

I don't appreciate having my posts edited without my knowledge - and certainly don't appreciate threads being created as if I started them.

If it happened only once I wouldn't by as concerned - it has happened more than once and it needs to stop. If it continues, I'll remove myself from further contribution/involvement of this forum.

ah, just saw your OP in the other thread was edited by a mod/staff member. any reason why that was done?

 

it was another thread too (and who knows how many others, I've only noticed 2 on my own, could be 2 dozen for all I know)...

It's being looked into - so I'll hold off on details for now...
