I am not able to post any responses in the marketplace. Anyone know why?

It says I don't have the permission to post there.

You need to be a member of the forum for 45 days AND have at least 100 posts to be able to post in the Marketplace.

There is a member that posted on the same thread I was trying to post to. He had a post count of 22, but had been a member since 07.

Maybe its one or the other? I should be a 100 posts soon I imagine.

 

You do have to meet both criteria, however you can become a Premier Member and be able to post in the Classifieds right away. I am guessing the member you noticed posting in there with 22 posts was a Premier Member.

Older members with lower post counts where grandfathered in, prior to that rule being implemented.
