Why can't I lock my own threads?

There is a delete option. I just delete my thread when it sells (or not). It also takes your post count back.

I'll bring this to the attention of the staff. We want people to be able to lock their threads and not delete them so members can look through previous listings for reference purposes.

I think "someone" that once was blue and now is red... ....should try fixing this again (or break the marketplace in the attempt)

It's not possible to allow users to close their own threads in only one place, it would need to be global. It also ties into the amount of time people are allowed to edit their posts for.
