I ordered a set of tein h tech springs from cleanbs and they came today but I'm missing a rear spring, it was specified that all 4 springs were being sold and the seller seemed good answered all my questions and has all positive I trader reviews. What should I do if he hasn't responded to my pm? I paid through PayPal but should I wait a day or to to see if he responds. I emailed him aswell, what do you guys think

 

He just replied and claims he sent all 4, what do I do, should I go to PayPal?

No but he said he had all 4 and his itrader was all positive, member since 09 and he answered all my questions

 

doesn't seem right..a member sense 09 should know how to properly post a FS thread. Seems shady to me

 

I just checked the weight on the shipping label and It said 27 pounds but when I just weighed the box with the three springs it's 17 pounds. The seller won't respond anymore, I asked if he had insurance on it through the post office. The only thing he said to me was sent all 4, "why would I send 3 doesn't make sense"

 

I just filed PayPal dispute and called the credit card company, we'll see what happens next

 

He just responded that he didn't insure the package but USPS should take care of it

 

I shipped 4 springs. Something must of happened during transit or the buyer may be fabricating this story. Either way this is not my fault and the buyer will get his refund from paypal or his CC regardless. Not sure why this thread was made.

This thread probably wasn't necessary unless the seller was MIA for more than a few days. One day or so? People do not live on these forums for the most part.


OP, was the package damaged in any way? Don't think you commented yet on condition of the box when you received it.


Also OP, the section you made this thread in is not the right one. The Feedback/Suggestions forum is only for issues related to the website, not for transaction help or wheel specs help or anything else.


^You should've reported it. If you see any threads/posts - marketplace or not - that you think is wrong, please report it. There are several members that help out by doing this already. I try to sweep the Classifieds 1-2x a day if not more, and a thread will fall through the cracks every now and then. This one seems ok as I see his SN there - would be better if all 4 springs were there but I would have let that one slide if I saw it originally.

 

I just got worried when I opened the box and there were only 3 springs, the box is beat up and taped loose, hopefully PayPal will take care of it but I need you to respond to the dispute before they can do anything, thanks
