Posting a GB

I was trying to post a GB since I was talking with a company that agreed to give a GB discount on Varrstoen wheels, BC coilovers and/or Ksport coilovers. I used to do business with them when I owned my old sentra and they are very trustworthy and fast to ship. I saw the VENDORS only - GB and it won't let me post there. Is there a place to post a GB as a normal member, not a vendor?

thanks

Did you read the Group Buy rules? Is the company a Driver sponsor/vendor?

G35Driver FAQ & Rules

18. GROUP BUYS
Members are to post what they would like a Group Buy on, and wait for a sponsoring vendor to reply and set it up from there. Alternatively, a Group Buy can be organized by a Premier Member. This Group Buy must be organized in the forum specifically assigned for this and no other. If a vendor is willing to make a profit from this site, they should be willing to step up and become a sponsor and give back to the site that is helping them make the profit. Any post made containing information on a Group Buy being handled by a company who is not a paying advertiser of this site will be locked or deleted. Any company attempting to set up or promote a Group Buy without being a sponsoring vendor is subject to banishment.

I did read the rules and saw the premium status, which I was going to buy anyways. Since i don't have access to premium forums, I wasn't sure how that would work for a GB. Would regular members get access to the GB or only premium members?

Well I spoke to the company owner and he is thinking about becoming a vendor to post GB, without needing his own forum. Who should he email to find out the pricing?

^ I'm pretty sure that all members can buy through a GB. To become a vendor here look under the SPONSORS tab to drop down Become a Sponsor tab

Alright, so I either become a member and have ZSpeed pony up some marketing money... or I have to have Zspeed pony up some marketing money and post it up themselves?

Is this correct?
