If we cant have ads in both CDN and US private classifieds, I think they should be merged. Not everyone looks at both (I would prefer to sell locally but am going to get many more views in the US section). Maybe we could just have one subforum and use the location field to specify, there is one there.

 

I actually disagree lol, since shipping is a lot more and more needs to be done to ship to another country, some members like to ship US only as well as some Canadian. I think It should stay separate. I browse the Canadian classifieds and have purchased also

 

Since the buyer is paying the shipping I dont see how that is an issue.

90% of Canadian members buy their mods from the states anyways.
The same way we have fields stating rim size, what it fits, year etc... Threads can have Country/Location.

Everything I bought for my car was from the States. I dont see what people got to lose when they ship.

If I remember correctly it was Canadian members before you guys that suggested different sections for US and Canada. I think it was the shipping and only wanting to deal locally.

 

Im not sure how customizable ib forums are, but if we could use filtering it would be the best of both worlds... like filter by location NorCal, SoCal, Midwest, Canada, International, etc. you could just press a checkbox for which ones you want to look in.
