I heard back from the higher-ups today and they should be issuing you a refund when they verify the double charge.

Ok. So my VISA has been refunded, but now my membership is totally gone. The charge still shows up on my AMEX for $29.99, but my membership is inactive.

 

Man I'm sorry you're dealing with this. I'll send the issue to IB, hopefully we'll get it worked out quickly.

 

Yeah, it's ok. It's not the worst thing in the world. Thanks for dealing with it. I really just need to be able to get to my PM box. Lol. Again, thanks.

I hope so. I've been Premier for a long time. It's weird not being able to have my PM box, Anything Goes, Avatar...etc.
