Seriously, first thing to do is search the forum to see if your question has already been answered. Generally, it has. Multiple times.

On the off chance that you have discovered something new and perplexing that has NOT already been answered, look at the list of forum topics. Decide which one is most appropriate for your issue. Navigate to that forum. Then click the "New Thread" button. Give it a good descriptive title so people will have an idea what it's about. "HELP" is not a particularly good descriptive title.

 

Closing this thread, it's already outlived it's purpose.
