Question Thread Subscription Email Notification

Am I the only one not getting thread subscription email notifications?

I have not received any over the past couple of days and there are many threads that have new posts that I am subscribed. The emails are not in my spam filter either. If it is not on the sending end, I wonder if AOL is picking them up and not delivering?

I'm having the exact same problem. I'm using AOL as well, but up until last week, there was never a problem...

AOL Response to the Problem

I contacted AOL on this issue this morning. Listed below is the transcript of my discussion. AOL says that this comes down to a "communication problem between two servers." They have filed a problem report for their technical team to investigate. We will wait and see.

X stated the question or problem as: Can you tell me if the email address webmaster@g35driver.com is in AOL's master spam list? I have confirmed that email is going out to me from this address but, I am not getting it. It is not in my spam list.
Are you signed on with the same computer that you need assistance with?
You say, Yes
TechLiveBLFE says, Do you still have the e-mail?
You say, I have email from weeks ago. Nothing recent. TechLiveBLFE says, Could you please forward the e-mail to me at screen name TechLiveBLFE so that I can check on it for you? Thank you.
You say, Will do. TechLiveBLFE says, Please stay online with me.
TechLiveBLFE says, Thank you for the information.
TechLiveBLFE says, Let me explain to you the problem.
TechLiveBLFE says, This problem may occur due to communication problems between two servers. That is AOL Server and the other mail server.
TechLiveBLFE says, In order to resolve your issue, I am filing a problem report on your behalf to AOL now.
TechLiveBLFE says, AOL System Administrators will check for any gateway problems between the two servers and resolve the issue.
TechLiveBLFE says, Please hold on while I file a problem report now.
You say, Thank you. So it is not an AOL master spam filter issue?
TechLiveBLFE says, You're welcome.
TechLiveBLFE says, No it's not.
TechLiveBLFE says, On your behalf, I have submitted a problem report to the technical team for investigation. Thank you for bringing this problem to our attention.

That is interesting. Hopefully they correct the issue. I guess they made some changes that caused this problem within the last few weeks. Oh well. I guess I'll just have to check the boards more often to look for responses to my posts then.

As an FYI, this is still not working correctly. Very hit or miss. As an example, on the 20th, I got 52 email notifications for thread posting that had occured between the 15th and the 20th. Other times, I will go days without a notification. During that time there were posts to subscribed threads.

It appears to be the same issue that has been posted on my350z.
