2 Quick Suggestions:

1. Can we eliminate the minimum number of characters required in a term under the search function? It appears to be set at 3. I frequently want to search for a small number of letters in a term such as "nismo CAI." The search function kicks back the CAI part stating the term is too short so I end up searching only for "Nismo" which gives hundreds of hits on issues not related to the CAI.

2. Is there a way that the overall post statistics could be listed somewhere on the site? I know it does not serve a functional purpose but, it would be fun to see who the top ten are and where you stand individually as time goes by.

I believe (and I may be wrong here), that running search requests for such small character strings would bring the server to a grinding halt. Five people run a search for "to" at the same time, and we'd crash. As I said, I may be totally wrong, but this is my experience with most search strings on servers in the past.

Any luck on doing something with the minimum search string? The setting here appears to be different than on my350z. As an example, I can search on my350z for "jet hot" and it gives me responses. However, if I search here, it tell me that the minimum length is not met.

Can we change the character minimum here to match my350z? There are a ton of searches terms that involve 3 characters. (And it always seems as though I want to use them. . . )
