Clay Model Nearly Identical to Concept
Clay Model Nearly Identical to Concept
Here's a video of the new Design Center in Atsugi. The new GT-R is shown throughout the clip with the G concept shown every once and awhile. Near the end of the clip (2:50), there is a 3/4 shot of the '08 coupe clay model. It looks very close to the concept. A V8 could fit as I think the engine bay will be fairly large...we'll see.

Awesome find Alex!! That Design Studio looks extremely impressive! Nice shots of the GT-R, Coupe Concept, Kuraza, and even the Sport Concept (which I really love).

You're really hoping for that V8 Alex.
Coupe will almost undoubtably share the same platform with the '07 sedan. Whatever engine bay space you see now will be likely be what's available in the coupe. V8?

). I don't think the marketing "gurus" at Infiniti would have dropped the "35" from their commercials, literature etc., when they launched the new sedan, if there wasn't going to be another variant (just my opinion). Maybe a turbo VQ instead? It would put up some good numbers as well. I hate waiting
