The article does say that the pictures are deceiving. They thought the same thing until they saw the new and old coupe in person. They said the new one's front looks muscular.
Everything else about the car though is positive. They said it was better than the 335 on the track, which is good to hear as that is its nearest competitor (and the 2 cars I am considering). The also said the interior is 100% better (no surprise there - the 1st gen's interior is terrible), and the steering alot better as well.
The only downside to the article it seems is that we are probably getting the same 6-speed and the engine still has NVH issues (although I drove an '07 sedan and thought it was light years ahead of my '04 in this respect).
So, outisde of the front end that may or may not look better in person, sounds like a big improvement over the 1st gen cars.

Lets just hope the refresh of this 2nd gen coupe would fix some of the things i dont like..like the front bumper...i dont know if its me but the taillights doesnt wrap around as much as the concept...imo if they just came out with the concept that would have been great!...but man what a dissapointment in the styling department.
