Alright, with the pictures out, which generation's exterior do you like better? I will not comment, please don't skew the results with your bias

Come on guys, stop fantasizing about the G Coupe Concept and look at reality for a moment here. Besides the front bumper, the G37 Coupe is not that much of a departure from the Concept they shown. Sure the front lamps had to be 'recessed' a bit to meet pedestrian crush regulations, but you wouldn't want to shatter your $$$$ headlights on 5mph bumps anyhow.

It's a good looking car, much better than any of its competition. The G37 has lost some of the unique traits that highlights the original G Coupe, but it's still a beautiful car. I think most people wouldn't be complaining so much if Infiniti didn't preview the G Concept earlier this year.

Not complaining about the fact that it doesn't quite look like the concept, infact, I think it looks very much like it. The whole redesign of the rear was what was disappointing me, if I could have it my way, I'd have the front of the 2nd gen G Coupe with the 1st gen rear end...

not going to make a final judgement until i see the car in person. i mean, everyone jumped on the test mule really hard lastnight, then the "official" pix came out from infinitimichael.. and they do look better than the test mule obviously. i still dont like the rear that much..still think our first gen azz looks sexier, but i sure when i see the car in person, it will look very good.

BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!!

I was either going to buy the 08 coupe or get a used '04-'05 6MT BMW 645

I will be a Bimmer owner at the end of this yr

Well, if it doesnt exist, then I doubt it matters.

It would have been a Bulls-Eye from Infiniti if it made it to production though.

I think the first generation's rear end is the nicest ever and then the second gen comes along and it looks like a mess. Seriously the rear looks really weird on the second gen, do you guys not notice?

rear end is too fat... old gen's fat @ss is sexxy. This one is just somthin else... maybe its the tail lights or that chrome 'thing'. Rear Bulges out on the sides or somthing... maybe an 03-05 style spoiler could solve the look

i had second thoughts when i was looking at the coupe concept, but not after seeing the final design...

The only things I don't like are the taillights. The outside shape seems a bit off, but the rest is fine and pretty much in line with the direction of the sedan and concept.
