08 STB mod?

Is it just me, or have the strut towers moved further inboard????

Looks like an STB would be almost impossible

maybe the hoses on the left can be moved and the ac line wont be in the way? hard to tell from that pic

But are they further inboard, closer to the engine?

^ I think your right.
Maybe it just looks tighter due to the wider looking engine cover & dual intakes.

The towers do look to have a different shape though.
Maybe for a little more rigidity?

dont think anyone can run a turbo setup with that dual intake setup. since the turbo setup would requires a looping action.

That's probably correct with the snorkels and the larger cover.

The towers are definitely different. No doubt they are more rigid and probably less reason for a STB. If that car handles as well as they seem to indicate that would be an area they want to improve.

Haha, that STB above is wack looking. Probably didn't add anything but weight. LOL
