Hey Guys. Im trying to decide what i want to do. I have a feeling the pricing of the g37s is going to be where i want it to be but not sure so i dont want to deposit anything even thought its refundable. Also the color situation not sure what i would like to choose colors are getting confusing these pictures have me going crazy with the dark/light gray and then the purplish silver these pics are messing with my head, but its going to be between OB IP or the dark gray.

Now im not going to put a deposit bc i would like to test drive c all colors and pricing so if i dont test drive and i would like to order the car when it comes out how lond do you think the wait would be?? Im looking to get it if i am going to get in in dec like the 1st in dec. I called up for the 335i like yimbe recently posted its going to be a similiar wait.. i hope not bc the wait for the 335i near me is at least 3 months. !! So what do you guys think the wait would be??

 

I assume that if you special order the car... it will take about 1/2 - 3 months depending on the dealership. Also, it depends on how long the waiting list is. I remember talking to a BMW dealership before in LA that said that they were backed up on orders until September (I talked to them in May). I expect the G37 to be a big hit like how the BMW 335i came out.

 

When I was going to special order a G35, they quoted me a 3 month wait for it to be built and then shipped from Japan.

 

3 months is the typical wait time when you order.

 

Yep, when I ordered mine it was about 10-11 weeks which I was told was a bit quicker than normal. It's because I ordered in December at a slower time.

 

yep.. 3 months for my 2003 g35c after it was already introduced.

 

yuppp thats axactly what i figuerd... 3 months such as the 335i..

well im hoping to get it by december 1st and i should have time to decide on a color and test drive...soo by october i would have to come to a conclusionn...
