Just curious, where's the Ram Air effect ?

nope, that is the Intelligent cruise Control. It is not on all of them.

I thought it was in the two holes on the outer sides of the front fascia. But from that pic, it looks covered up.

No it is on them all. Because I went and saw a G37 Journey and I saw under the hood at the dual Ram Air Intake. I never thought to look to see where it entered though.
