I would say between 4-6 inches of rear lip fatness would look decent.
Me personally, 4" would be my max.

with 19's on the G37 there was barely any room to put your hand between the tires and the hub. You might be able to put 20's on the rear. Put it might rub on the front. Good luck with that.

It looks like there's more wheel gap than that from the pics i've been seeing.
But oh well, the less wheel gap, the better. I can't wait to see it in person.

i was thinking of putting some 20" Axis Shines on it after a while, but after seeing the 19" sport wheels in person, i think i'll keep those for a LONG while. especially after dropping the front, as the front gap is a substantial bit larger than the rear. i may put some spacers on and fatter tires to make it more aggressive.

It's no different then putting plus size rims and tires on any other car. Remember, it's a LUXURY Sports coupe.... Most people wont drive it around town like it's a Sports car turning corners at 100mph and wanting insane acceleration. If you're a track person, you'll get 19's.. But for most who use these cars as fun daily drivers, 20"s aren't out of the picture.. I'm throwing some deuces on that sum-bich when I get her.

The salesperson at the dealer said there might be custom 20'' rims from infiniti to go with the new G37. Not sure if its true but if it is. That would be damn sweet. I hope they look like the 19s.
