I've baked lots of cheap parts lol but like I said there is really nothing in them that can be damaged by this amount of heat.

However, if the ballast is hanging off the back of the light loosely then go a head and remove it as it sucks to place the light in the over with a 5lb brick flopping around.

After, or else the lens won't be close enough to the rear enclosure to hit the threads.

Basically put them in the oven, pull them out give them a squish around all the edges for a couple minutes and by the time you can handle the light without gloves, throw the screws in.

As 4DGS mentioned.. Yeah there is no way in hell to put the headlight together wrong where it'll mess with the clearance of the bumper. There is ALMOST no way in hell to bolt a headlight wrong where it'll cause issues with the bumper.

But then again some people have done things to surprise everyone LOL..

If your lights are OEM and have never been resealed and you have warranty.. Just take it to the dealer and have them replace it. If your lights are new and bought from the dealership and under 1 year old.. Just take it to the dealer and have them replace it.

If you need to 'reseal' the lights yourself and do not want to put it in an oven.. a hair drier with some patience will actually work.. just aim it not at the lens but at the part where the lens connects to the headlight housing.. Work your way around the headlight and press down on it... Any minor leaks should be fixed this way. If you're still getting condensation after this just remove the whole lens assembly and add a little more silicone and reseal.
