Immobilizer

Hi,

I lost my key Fob to the car. I have the BCM bin code and have gotten this converted to the Immo Pin needed for the vehicle.

However, I don't have any special hardware. I only have a USB-ELM cable and a CAN+K cable to connect to the vehicle OBD port. But, I can't get the car to enter ACC mode , so the ELM never communicates on the CAN bus. Can someone help me identify some software or procedure which will allow me to enter the Pin code to activate the Immobilizer.

Then, I can reprogram the pin and activate a new FOB. Please help. I'm so close to solving this. But, just can't move forward.

Thanks,

Neal

Not sure what you can do when the car is locked out and won't turn acc on. You will probably need a dealership to use the consult setup to program new FOB's
