*PICS UPDATED* I got my G37XS today (Edmonton, AB)

Hi all, I just joined the forum after I parked my 2009 G37 XS in the garage. (black/black)

After seeing some posts from the forum, I was thinking really hard whether I should put my money down to preorder and wait who knows how long, or to buy a different car from following: IS250awd, 335xi, C350 4matic, etc.

And yesterday, I was just calling my local dealership (Ericksen Nissan/Infiniti) to ask when will they be getting their G37s, and they told me they got some cars in and today, I drove home my G37XS just now.

It came up CAD$55,000 cash for everything plus extra but I'm just happy to be driving the first G37 sedan in my city, well for a while.

Thanks Dennis Kim for a superb experience I've had today.

I actually went back to the garage to take some photos, but it's too dark even with the lights on, so I'll take some pics tomorrow.
For those who put their money down for the 2009 G37, your time will come so hang in there, it will be very worth it.

yeah, Infiniti Canada actually lowered MSRP down for 09 models, but costed me that much for some reason.
I'm just happy to be the first owner in my city.

I called Hyatt Infiniti yesterday and they told me they got some in. Get Wes to help you out, I almost bought 08 G35XS from him if I didn't have to move to Edmonton.

Hi.

I read a post from someone else saying the priced dropped 7%. Can you confirm that ? What is the MSRP of the G37xs ? Were you able to negotiate a lower price ?

I remember early this year when the 2008 G35x had a $4500 cash purchase credit. If the reduction in 2009 MSRP plus any negotiations equal a similar price on the 2009 G35x then I'll be really happy with that.

October lease numbers!

The MF is very good! The residual.... Not so much. Combine that with the $1400 price hike, and the new wheels and I will just be happy to drive my 08 G35 sedan around for awhile. Although that new transmission looks pretty sweet!

Those rates are still for '08's only.
