Tech Pkg w/ Aero Pkg not allowed why?

Sorry for the double post. I accidentally posted in the wrong forum the first time.

So you can't buy a new G37 Sedan with the Technology package and the Aero Package? Does anyone know why? If I buy the car and then buy a front chin spoiler from someone like www.infinitipartsexpress.com will it mess anything up? Will it mess up the adaptive cruise control? Does anyone have the Sport Package and the Tech package on a 2010+ car that can help me with this question?

Thanks,

So you can buy a Journey with sport package or a just a sport. Both are G37S. You can buy it with a tech package, however, if you do, you can't get the aero package. Do you know why?

I should clarify... You can't buy a 6MT with a tech package, however, with the Journey, you can add Sport, Nav and Tech. However, you can't have the aero package if you have the Tech package on the Journey.

ok... What youre saying is that with the Journey, you are able to add Sport OR nav and Tech? but not both? and that the Aero comes with the Sport Package.

Are you doing this online?

I am looking at buying a used car. It is a 2010 Journey with Sport, Nav and Tech. I know that I can buy the front chin spoiler and rear deck spoiler on line. I went on to the www.infiniti.com website. If you go to build your own G, you cannot have the Tech package and the aero package at the same time. So before I buy this car and a front chin spoiler, I was wondering if anyone knew if there was a problem with the front chin spoiler hitting the ICC sensor on a car with the Tech package.

I noticed that too :-/ you can't get the tech package with the shodo trim either I believe....makes no sense, I'd love automatic wipers on my car! Only thing I can think of is some sort of liability issues with the ICC on a manual car. As for the lip interfering with the ICC sensor

I just realized I'm in the same boat. I got the car yesterday and was wondering why it doesn't have the sport bumper on it. I guess it's a journey with the sport, tech, and navi package. Will getting a lip interfere with any sensors or anything?
