My 2013 g37 sport got stolen in miami

Sorry to bother you guys.

My Infiniti got stolen from my house this morning. In Miami, Coral Gables area.

It is a 2013 Black on Black G37 Sport Automatic with Vossen CV3s wheels on it.

Tag Number is "PEG9X"
It is a Florida Police Benevolent Association Tag.

It has a Thin Blue Line decal below the driver's side tail light.

If Anybody sees it please call 911 or contact me.

still nothing about my car.

my advise to fellow infiniti owners: install tracking devices, secondary alarm, cameras in your house or anything that can help improve the security of your car and yourself.

be aware.

OP it makes me sick to read these types of threads. I had a similar situation happen to me in June but not the whole car, just my rims. I came out of the house one morning to find this:

For reference here's what my baby looked like before this BS:

I have said for years people can steal anything they want off my car just not my rims as they have been discontinued for years and are literally irreplaceable. So after 3 months I had pretty much given up on finding them so I bought the next best thing for me. Well to make a long story short, a member here on Driver posted up a link to a G for sale local to me here in Houston last week and lo and behold it had my rims. So now the police are in the process of getting me back my rims, if you want a good laugh (and I bet you need one) go here and start at post #133. https://g35driver.com/forums/g35-sed...king-rock.html

All I can tell you is don't give up, post up the theft everywhere you can think of, be persistent with the police and spread the word in every car community in Miami that you can think of that your car is missing. Good luck, I'm pulling for you and hope your baby comes home soon.......

I wonder what method they used since these cars are pretty safe with the NATS system.

Wow. Sorry to hear this.

I used to work in Coral Gables at the Hyatt there. Didn't know crime has gotten bad in that area.

Sad thing, this car will not be seen anywhere on a road. It was towed directly from your house to a garage somewhere. Currently being stripped. In 2 weeks cops will call you because they found your frame on a street corner somewhere.

I would agree that chances are pretty high that it was towed. But NATS system could be compromised as well, slim chance but still a chance.

They just swap ECU's for a RSX type S and their immobilzers are done for. As i recall Uprev's software can disable NATS to some degree.

Honestly brand new cars are stolen all the time in chicago. In most cases its not the aftermarket they want its the body panels/airbags Like a lot of higher end cars say a E class benz gets totaled, shady shops by the legit totalled car and start to rebuild. Rather then buy/paint OEM parts they just steal a car for the front fender, air bags and dump the shell.

Sad to hear about the car being stolen. But there is NOTHING you can do to stop them from taking it. You might be able to speed up recovery but i dont think you would want that car back after its been violated.

^^^ What he said. Sadly it is becoming more popular for lower end shops to tow cars away, steal the parts they need, then dump the car. Big money can be made by charging owner full price for free parts.

Plus no one even thinks twice when they see a car being towed. Guy could have all his lights flashing and everything.

Sorry to hear about this. If you have good insurance then they will take care of you. You may even be able to claim the wheels too.
