My camera a little under 3 weeks ago started having an issue. The image appears distorted and lots of static. I am including two videos I uploaded to youtube documenting the issue. I ran the "self-diagnostic tool" in the hidden menu and all connections are OK supposedly. Any thoughts as to what might be causing this? I phoned the dealer and as I am actually ONE MONTH out of warranty, it will be $140 just to look at it. Came here for ideas first.

The rear camera is going to need to be replaced.

 

you can always ask the dealer if they can hook you up b/c you're barely out of warranty. good luck brother
