Tune Needed?

I am looking to add a cold air intake and cat back exhaust from Stillen. Would I need a tune to get everything flowing together so I don’t experience any warning light issues for everyday driving? I don’t want to add these items if it will trigger issues down the road. Thanks for your time on any answers. I am located in S.Ca by the way.

No but a tune will make a big difference and make the car much more fun to drive

as Seymore4 mentioned, tune isn't required for your current mods but it does bring out the full potential.
