2007 V36 Skyline 250GT (RHD) Left Rear Passenger Floor Soaked After Heavy Rain

Hey guys! I left my car sitting under a tree for a couple of weeks of heavy rain and recently when I got in, I noticed a damp smell. I opened the rear left passenger door and saw that the floor mat was completely soaked. I pulled the carpet, and the after removing a piece of foam, there was at least 3 inches of water on the metal floor.

Where is this water likely coming from? Is it the door seals? Is it the window seals/weather strips? Is it a blocked drain somewhere? A while ago when I would drive the car after a night of rain, I could hear water in the door. However, it was the front passenger door and when I spread out the rubber on the bottom of the door it poured out. This car does not have a sunroof.

I'm going to be purchasing new seals/weather stripping for the windows and doors. Any help would be much appreciated!
